Use: Water-based fixative sealer with a very fine particle size and high impregnation power on porous surfaces. Designed to prepare difficult surfaces (porous and absorbing surfaces) that require a tie coat to assure perfect adhesion of the finish coat. Most relevant qualities: High impregnation power, adhesion to substrate, acts as a sealing of dusty/aged substrates, adhesion to finish coats and is breathable.

Primer for waterborne paints. Especially suitable for substrates in poor condition and for porous surfaces. Can be applied on most of the substrates, such as: fiber cement, brick, concrete, old paint and old plaster. Suitable for both indoors and outdoors.
