Use: Waterborne acrylic primer for indoor walls and ceilings. Suitable for isolating nicotine, oil and grease stains, soot, dry water stains, marker stains and rust. Prevents the migration of stains to the topcoat paint. Can be recoated with conventional emulsion paints.
