Use: Special product for to prepare difficult surfaces that require excellent adhesion of the finish coat. Acts as a binder of dusty/aged substrates. Most relevant qualities: high penetration, adhesion to painted surfaces, stability to alkalis, fixative of dusty/aged substrates, adhesion of finish coats.
